10+ Remote Esports Jobs

Esports jobs are some of the most sought after. From pro-gaming to event managers, there are a variety of roles available. Learn more about esports and apply to remote esports jobs.

Esports has seen tremendous growth over the last couple of years. Although video games have existed for more than 30 years, the esports industry has seen tremendous growth only in the last few years.

It is not unusual to find tournament-style event competitions, such as the Fortnite World Cup or FIFA eWorld Cup, that attract millions of viewers around the world.

A major reason for this is that video games have become more accessible to people. Also, the improvements in the game quality along with the wide variety of games have added to the popularity of esports.

In e-sports, a professional gamer holds a key role. They are usually signed to a particular team and will compete in various tournaments for the prize money. While it may sound like a fun job, professional gamers undergo months of training and often spend 10 hours a day honing their gaming skills.

Apart from professional gamers, there are other roles in esports tournaments such as producers, editors, commentators, social media managers, referees and event managers.

With the growth of esports, there has also been an increase in the number of job opportunities, and many of those can be done remotely. So here is a list of remote esports jobs you can apply to right away.
