• Ericsson plans to adopt a hybrid model (50% office + 50% WFH) permanently for employees whose presence in office is not business-critical.
• Line managers will get to decide the specifics of this hybrid model for their respective teams.
• They are already redesigning & cutting desk space in 400 offices. They are aiming to cut down dedicated space for cubicles & desks from 60% to 20%.
