Remote Work Experience
I have worked remotely on and off. For some time, back in 2014, I was freelancing and taking up remote projects. During the first half of 2019, I was working as a remote co-founder.
Sandeep Mathrani’s comments at a Wall Street Journal event prompted intense debate on Twitter.
He doesn't have any choice, does he? WeWork's business/revenue model depends on people renting out office space. if everyone will WFH, how it will survive? 😆
I've worked remotely for multiple companies not as a full-timer but as a freelancer, but would definitely like to explore the full-time opportunities if the company fits into my list of expectations ;)
Not a surprise here 😅
Instead of going on a rant, the CEO should embrace agility and transform WeWork to make sure that it supports the future of work.
Since many companies still prefer hybrid work, WeWork can position themselves to provide workspaces that allow for team collaboration and brainstorming.
