It has been a week since my last post on Remote Clan. So, I thought of sharing how things are going at my end and also getting to know how it's been for you all 😬
4 years building Flexiple
We completed four official years at Flexiple, the day before yesterday - we incorporated it on Dec 8th, 2016. It has been exciting and we have definitely come a long way since. But it's still quite exciting.
One new theme that has emerged
While there are a lot of things I have learned, I realised one thing quite recently. It is that I’ve slowly come to terms with the fact that many of my decisions won’t be right.
What I can and also attempt to do is to:
1. Get as much data as possible
2. Make the most logical decision basis that
If later on, a new data point proves me wrong, I just tip my hat & course correct.
Of course, the hope is that the summation of all part-wrong micro-decisions takes my startup in the right direction.
Anyway, just thought of sharing this with you all as each of us tends to be quite hard on ourselves for a possibly poor decision in retrospect. So, please don't be. We aren't fortune tellers :)
