Following other tech companies, Adobe has recently announced that they will be embracing a hybrid workplace model, post-Covid.
As Adobe explains in its latest blog post, its work model will default to flexibility, with employees having the option to work from home 50% of the time.
We’re focused on designing the workplace of the future by providing an exceptional employee experience, with flexibility at the forefront. Our Chief People Officer & EVP @GloriaTChen shares how the future of work at Adobe will be hybrid. https://t.co/sy2Dpa1pB5— Adobe Careers (@AdobeCareers) June 24, 2021

In addition, Adobe also has plans to double the number of remote workers in the future.
Adobe's Chief People Officer, Gloria Chen said
Adobe’s sweet spot is at the intersection of technology and creativity, so it’s only natural that we lean into our strengths to design the workplace of the future. Our aim is to provide an exceptional employee experience, regardless of location, and intentionally leverage the best of different workplace settings.
