Remote Work Experience

mostly during recent COVID lock down, however did work remotely 2 days a week for a few years in a previously role

I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker

Effective, transparent Communication with others / team - need to find ways to share what you are working on, engage in project plans or communication on various topics / projects Having the right tools to enable your work - this could be software but also set up, or support from company regarding flexibility etc Ability to self manage, continuously learn
