I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker
1) Understanding one's psychology - Behaviors, Motivators, and Work Energizers 2) Physical Space that is comfortable and away from distractions at your remote location/home 3) Good technology tools like video conference (Zoom, Webex, etc) or collaboration/communication (Slack, etc)
