Have led many distributed teams over the years, but only worked remotely myself since mid-march 2020.
I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker
* Find a good routine so you can work uninterrupted * Talk and discuss with your team how to collaborate efficiently * Use tools like Kitemaker that actually helps you work closely with your team ;)
