Remote Work Experience
I've been working remotley for 6 years - I was actualy a remote guinea pig
I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker
Discipline Ability to communicate both Synch and Asynch well Good attitude to life The ability to be succinct and know that you do not need to use 30 words when only 5 or 6 are required I'm guessing is this related to ensuring that folks are serious and not robots though - is this 30 words :)
Here's how I plan to contribute to The Remote Clan
Commenting in the discussion, contributing to blogs, creating webinars, podcasts - I am always available and welcome to give up my time to help folks with advice ongoing remote as and individual or Co.
Here's what I want to gain from The Remote Clan
Speak with and meet other remotees - gather feedback of folks experiences and learn from those experiences - learn form any advice - we don't what we don't know as one well known chap at M'card says.
These are the 2 best topics to start off a conversation with me
