Remote Work Experience
Been working remote for over a year and loving it.
I think these are 3 important parts to being successful as a remote worker
1. You must be self-driven and like to be your own manager. 2. Be reachable, kind and informal when interacting in (video)chats. Don't be afraid to show your private side. 3. Find a good place at home with a nice chair - using the couch will break your back.
Here's how I plan to contribute to The Remote Clan
Building helpful apps and share remote work experience in general. Also to like and share eg. LinkedIn posts to spread the word in my own network.
Here's what I want to gain from The Remote Clan
Insights, news and inspiration about the remote work movement. Be enlightened of new and exciting tools used to be more productive and hear stories of companies transforming to remote work.
These are the 2 best topics to start off a conversation with me
1. Software development 2. How companies are run (like remote work and teal organizations)
